How you’ll help:

 

  • Proactively lead strategic and tactical HR support for E Source staff in multiple US state locations and in Canada.
  • This role has an emphasis on performance management, employee relations, training and development, immigration, and compliance.
  • Work closely with the HR team to build culture, drive outcomes in the best interest of the business, and enable our employees to be their best.
  • Facilitate training and development workshops to support managers and staff (new manager training, career development, and so on).
  • Collaborate with HR and organizational leaders to drive initiatives that enhance capabilities and foster cultural transformation.
  • Act as an HR primary point of contact and provide support to internal and external partners across all levels of the organization.

 

 

What will make you a great fit

 

  • You have 7 or more years of senior HR business partner, HR business partner, or HR generalist experience (required).
  • You bring proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • PHR/SPHR certification is preferred but not required.
  • You have a working knowledge of and ability to navigate multistate labor laws, rules, and regulations.
  • You possess strategic focus, are decisive, display good judgment, and have a strong operational focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that include the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with employees and leaders to drive organizational change.
  • Strong presentation skills to lead live and virtual training sessions.
  • Knowledge of US employment–related federal and state employment regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you can multitask.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Paycom experience helpful but not required.
  • You can work independently as well as an active member of the team.
