MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be credentialed as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Registered Dietitian
  • Minimum of four (4) years of management experience in food service plus minimum one (1) year of experience supervising food service operations and staff
  • Computer proficiency
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Must be willing and able to communicate effectively in English: speaking, reading, writing and understanding.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to create and communicate menus suitable for a geriatric population
  • Must successfully complete the background screening process to incude, but not limited to a drug test and finger printing.

 

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Employment experience in a long-term care facility with a geriatric population
  • Food service experience in a cafeteria-style setting
  • Electronic dietary tracking experience<
