Security Shift Lead Officer

Location: Portland, OR

Schedule: Wednesday - Thursday 12am-8am, Friday - Sunday 4pm-12am

Rate: $21.80-22.80/Hour

At Securitas, on-site security officers are the foundation of our organization. Our Shift Lead Officers are trained to provide a high level of professionalism and leadership to their officers, and help safeguard people, property, and information.

What Your Day May Look Like

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Manage and coordinate shift activities
• Assist with access control/patrols of site entrances
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions
• Clearly and quickly report and respond to any suspicious activity
• Provide detailed written reports.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Strong customer service skills needed
• Prior leadership experience a plus
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
