About the role

As the Senior Manager, HR Technology, you will play a pivotal role in executing Rheem’s Global People Strategy by leading the implementation of a multi-year HR technology roadmap. This includes the global deployment of Oracle Fusion, UKG Dimensions, and Cornerstone On Demand. You’ll lead a high-performing global team, manage strategic vendor partnerships, and collaborate closely with HR and IT leaders to drive innovation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This leadership role requires a servant-leader mindset, strong project management capabilities, and a passion for building scalable, global HR technology solutions. This role serves our Enterprise division in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).

  • Drive Strategy Execution: Champion the HR EVP’s vision by aligning technology initiatives with the Global People Strategy.
  • Lead Global Implementations: Oversee the global rollout of Oracle Fusion, UKG Dimensions, and Cornerstone On Demand, ensuring alignment with business needs and global technology standards.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a global team of HR technology, data, and analytics professionals, supporting implementations, enhancements, and day-to-day operations.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage external vendors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of technology solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR and IT leaders to align on technology standards, roadmaps, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Optimize Processes: Oversee all technical aspects of Enterprise HR programs, ensuring top-notch end-user support and administration, including regular enhancements/upgrades and the processes involving these. 
  • Foster Knowledge Sharing: Build a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the HR Tech team.
  • Advisory & Communication: Act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, providing insights and recommendations on systems, implementations, and best practices.
  • Data & Analytics Leadership: Develop team capabilities in data governance, reporting, dashboards, and predictive analytics using tools like Oracle HCM Cloud FDI/FAW.
  • Ensure Compliance: Partner with legal and security teams to ensure ethical and compliant data management practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, OIC/Integrations, Recruiting Cloud).
  • Demonstrated success in leading global, multi-country HR tech implementations.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing diverse teams (local/remote, early-career/seasoned, outsourced/contingent).
  • Deep understanding of business operations and HR processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s in IT or HR Management.
  • Experience leading a data-driven global HR technology function.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and explain technical concepts.
  • Expertise in workforce analytics, HR metrics, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and HR systems.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Agile, resourceful, and adaptable to change.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
