Customer Service Representative and Graphic Designer

 Are you someone who enjoys working with people and has an eye for design? We're a small, fast-paced printing shop looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team! 


- Assisting customers in person, via phone, and email—answering questions, taking orders, and providing updates

 - The role includes preparing estimates, invoicing, notifying customers when their print products are ready for pickup or delivery, as well as packaging and shipping orders. 

- Helping with the design and layout of print jobs (business cards, flyers, signs, etc.)

- Preparing files for print using tools like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar
- Keeping the shop organized and ensuring orders go out on time

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude
  
  
• Graphic design skills (familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite)
  
  
• Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
  
  
• Prior print shop or retail/customer service experience is helpful, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
