Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.</p> <p> </p> <h2>About the Role</h2> <ul> <li>Lead the Training function at the Plant to ensure that training is correctly sourced, planned, effective, consistent and recorded to meet legislative, regulatory and company requirements.</li> <li>Co-ordinate all training activities &amp; reports including EH&amp;S, QA, MAFACT and compliance within the plant.</li> <li>Manage a Training Management System to optimise the recording, assigning and tracking of training and to ensure compliance with all requirements.</li> <li>Co-ordinate training requirements for the implementation of change management &amp; new equipment working with operations and the management team.</li> <li>Ensure that standardised methods for delivery, recording and reporting of training.</li> <li>Co-ordinate the work schedules of the trainers with the Shift Managers to ensure that Operational training goals and flexibility targets are achieved.</li> <li>Carry out training needs analysis on an annual basis.</li> <li>Involved in Internal and Company Audits.</li> <li>Gather and analyse data including training metrics &amp; KPIs.</li> <li>Perform other reasonable duties as required.</li> </ul> <h2>Your Responsibilities</h2> <h2>Who we are looking for</h2> <h2>Your preferred qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>HR and/or QQI Training Qualification desirable. Train the Trainer (QQI Level 6) an advantage.</li> <li>Proven experience in a HR, Administration or Training.</li> <li>Understanding of training needs analysis, training planning, training matrixes, training policies &amp; procedures.</li> <li>Excellent MS Office and ability to learn new software required.</li> <li>Knowledge of legislation in relation to mandatory training requirements is an advantage.</li> </ul> <h2>What we offer</h2> <p>At Magna, you can expect an engaging and dynamic environment where you can help to develop industry-leading automotive technologies.
