Principal of Product

The Principal of Product leads the functional design vision and strategy for the nCino platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of scalability, reliability, and security. They drive the seamless integration of innovative solutions, enhancing the platform's capabilities. The Principal fosters collaboration across diverse teams to deliver exceptional products and ensure continuous improvement. They champion quality and compliance, ensuring all features exceed expectations. The Principal is a key player in shaping the platform's future, working closely with leadership and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

What you’ll do

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the nCino platform functional design and build for POD 3 the “Book and Fund” services.
• Ensure the platform's scalability, reliability, and security.
• Co-lead the implementation of TruStage document solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems supporting POD 4 as the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Manage data flow design and build to optimize integration processes between nCino and TruStage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Ensure that all product features and implementations meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Lead functional POD for all “Release 2” strategy and discovery work. 
• Implement feedback loops to enhance product features and user experience working directly with our nCino Delivery Lead.

What you'll need 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in product management, technical solution architecture, or a related field.
• Relevant nCino certifications are preferred.
• Deep understanding of the nCino platform, including its architecture, functionalities, and integration capabilities with extensive experience leading global implementation services for document solutions, particularly with TruStage, across North America and internationally.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and integrate complex systems, ensuring seamless functionality and optimization with the ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for product development and platform enhancement.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize product performance.
• Strong collaboration skills to guide cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project success.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and gather stakeholder feedback.
