Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Program Manager!

The Senior Program Manager will lead CLEAResult’s implementation of a Commercial New Construction program in the Pacific Northwest. This role is ultimately accountable for all phases of program implementation, including budget management, program implementation, performance tracking, client & customer satisfaction, robust training and education offerings, subcontractor management, equity and inclusion outcomes, and leading overall program strategy. The Senior PM will serve as the primary contact for the client and have overall accountability for successful delivery of the program.

Are a strong program manager who can…

  • Lead contract and subcontract execution, ensuring compliance and alignment with client and company requirements and expectations
  • Ensure accurate and timely budget tracking and reporting, KPI tracking, and accurate 18-month client energy savings forecasts
  • Support process and tool improvements to enhance program delivery
  • Ensure accurate reporting and data management
  • Integrate equity considerations into all program systems and processes, including tracking demographic data (where allowable), identifying disparities, and reporting on equity-related KPIs

Are a leader who will…

  • Lead a supportive and inclusive team culture that promotes high performance and engagement for a diversity of multi-functional teams (~30 people) and 12+ subcontractor organizations, and directly manage 4-7 direct reports, including people managers
  • Model inclusive leadership practices, address conflict through an equity lens, and cultivate psychological safety and belonging across the team
  • Build capacity among subcontractors, especially COBID certified and emerging firms, by identifying needs, providing guidance, and ensuring equitable work distribution
  • Work cross functionally with a variety of teams (engineering, operations, marketing, etc.)

  • Serving as primary liaison with Client for both day-to-day management as well as strategic planning and ensuring program implementation aligns with client requirements, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Developing strategies to expand participation and realize energy savings across commercial market sectors, with a particular focus on ensuring participation by priority customers who have historically been underserved by efficiency programs
  • Providing oversight and guidance for our market engagement offerings, grants and the training & education series serving the high-performance building design community of architects, engineers, developers, owners and more who are critical to the program’s success
  • Building and sustaining authentic relationships with community-based organizations, culturally specific associations, and rural partners to broaden program reach and build trust
  • Ensuring program design, communication, and outreach are culturally responsive, accessible, and grounded in equity best practices

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 8+ years of project/program management experience, in energy efficiency or utility programs
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including experience navigating or facilitating difficult conversations related to culture, bias, inclusion, or conflict in a professional setting
