The Sr. Business Process Manager is a new position within the Business Process Excellence (BPE) group that will help drive the expansion of non-beer product lines and partnerships by defining, building, testing, deploying, and sustaining new processes and tools associated with new products, route to markets, etc. Focus will be on standardization, optimization, and overall governance. The role will drive operational efficiencies and financial returns by continuously improving end-to-end processes and ensuring processes are established the right way the first time. The Sr Business Process manager wiill guide the company via a hands-on approach from its early stages of process development through process, system maturity while ensuring quality exists in the various systems.,
Job Description
What You Will Deliver:
· Drive the expansion of non-alc, new business initiatives, strategic partnerships and innovations from a full integration perspective. Includes any planned and unplanned work that requires development of integrated end-to-end processes and systems along with training, and support. This role will collaborate with many cross-functional teams including, Commercial, Supply Chain, PMO, Finance/GBS, Legal, and IT. This role will engage with all levels of MCBC org structure including senior leadership. As MCBC enters new beverage and product markets, the need to support ever-changing requirements and landscape is critical to the success of these new initiatives.
· Process Improvements: Identify/develop process enhancements to ensure continuous improvement. Build, maintain, and anchor processes improvements across impacted functions as well as identify and collaborate on gap areas. Manage maintenance of process flow documentation. Act as design authority to ensure proposed process/system changes are evaluated and understood
· Customer Experience & Business Collaboration: Create seamless/positive customer experience by seeking and actioning feedback from customers on integrated end-to-end processes. Identify capability building opportunities that enable business to develop process expertise. Define process adoption metrics/targets in consultation with key stakeholders. Provide leadership and support to business functions in solution adoption. Collaborate with GBS and Supply Chain leads to collectively define, measure and optimize integrated processes. Contribute to process and technical deployments in business functions. Engage AMS teams and IT BPs to understand break/fix issues and understand trends. Interact with IT business partners in execution of systems enhancements and participation in project execution as appropriate.
· Training & Expert User Management: Ensure operating procedures are established to support execution and adoption; training materials are developed and aligned with process changes. Work with stakeholders in process knowledge and expert user development.
· Facilitate the building of strategic playbooks that can be leveraged for new business implementations such as new product types as well as route to markets such as direct to retail and direct to consumer sales. This role will collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop guidelines and establish best practices in order to expedite, optimize and standardize product launches and expansions. As new areas of customer engagement, order management, shipping requirements, and freight optimization are identified this role will define, document, test and support process development along with training and business anchoring.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years in business or IT
· Extensive knowledge of full end-to-end supply chain functions. Technical and functional expertise with many SAP modules including MM, SD, FICO, CRM, BW/BOBJ, TMS, etc., as well as relevant non-SAP tools necessary for the role
· Functional expert of integrated suppy chain processes with excellent technical skills and understanding of the systems that impact order management, distribution, transportation, billing, claims, customer, plants and materials.
