At MYTILINEOS, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.</p><p>We are currently looking for a <strong>Senior Treasury Officer - Corporate</strong><strong>Funding </strong><strong>&amp; Capital Markets</strong> to join our team.</p><br/><p><strong>Your role will encompass:</strong></p><ul> <li>Finance Documents administration, compliance reports, and undertakings monitoring</li> <li>Maintains log of responsibilities derived from capital markets transactions and manage compliance</li> <li>Communicates regularly with Banks for the processing of operational issues</li> <li>Reviews Bank offers, Term Sheets, finance documentation</li> <li>Cooperates with finance to provide necessary information with regards to loans documentation, financial undertakings, and payments</li> <li>Cooperates with internal stakeholders to receive input required either during finance transactions negotiations or for reporting purposes</li> <li>Assists in the servicing of rating agencies requirements </li> <li>Due diligence coordination where required</li> <li>Deals execution including financial close process, CPs satisfaction and drawdowns</li> <li>Supports implementation of Treasury System</li> </ul><p><strong>What you bring to the role:</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance</li> <li>5+ years of experience in a bank or a large organization with similar responsibilities</li> <li>Postgraduate degree in finance or business will be considered as an asset</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office toolset, especially Excel and Word</li> <li>Excellent Greek and English languages communication skills</li> <li>Loan structuring including finance documentation, due diligence and financial close process</li> <li>Knowledge of Legal principles of financing</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects</li> <li>Advanced communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Team spirit</li> <li>Self-drive and results-orientation</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p>Follow us on <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/mytilineos-holdings-s--a-/mycompany/" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">LinkedIn</a> and stay updated on our latest news </p><p>We respect your personal data.
