Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst with a specialized focus on housing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing housing-related data, understanding market trends, and providing strategic insights to drive business success. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of housing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of housing market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Utilize statistical methods to interpret complex data sets related to housing projects.
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
• Stay informed about current housing market conditions, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the research team to gather and analyze data that influences housing strategies.
• Requirements Gathering:
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and housing project requirements.
• Document and communicate clear, detailed business requirements to support effective project planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements in housing-related workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline housing project processes.
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the progress of housing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Knowledge of housing market trends, regulations, and best practices (at least 2 years)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

Additional Information

This is a contract role, hourly rate is $65 to $75 hourly
