<strong>At Axians, we value talent, not labels. </strong><br/> <br/> We believe in a culture of inclusion, where everyone has a place and all applications are considered based on merit, without discrimination. <br/> <br/> This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation. <br/> <br/> <br/> <b> </b>💻<b> </b><b>THE ROLE</b><br/> <br/> We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a <strong>Senior Developer</strong> for a national project.<br/> <br/> <br/> <b>🙂 </b><b>YOUR DAY TO DAY</b> <ul> <li>Design and develop scalable full-stack applications adhering to established technology roadmaps and best practices;</li> <li>Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and system architecture discussions;</li> <li>Build, maintain, and enhance front-end interfaces and back-end services to deliver high-quality, user-centric applications;</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to system integration, testing, and deployment;</li> <li>Proactively influence and improve software design decisions, contributing to functional and technical excellence;</li> <li>Conduct thorough integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high system quality and reliability;</li> <li>Establish partnerships with central teams, architecture groups, and engineering to maintain secure coding and robust SDLC processes;</li> <li>Implement SDLC best practices, emphasizing automation, CI/CD pipelines, and low-touch deployments;</li> <li>Advocate for code quality through mentoring, code reviews, and adoption of development standards;</li> <li>Drive technical improvements by adopting new frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall productivity;</li> <li>Ensure appropriate collaboration and facilitate relevant support efficiently with relevant IT teams specifically Production Support (APS).</li> </ul>                     <br/>                                   <br/> <b>💡</b><b> WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</b> <ul> <li>5+ years of professional experience in similar roles;</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset to drive innovation in software solutions;</li> <li>Extensive experience in full-stack development using modern frameworks and tools with a front-to-back delivery and integration testing mindset;</li> <li>Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python and Java;</li> <li>Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot);</li> <li>Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases;</li> <li>Experience working in distributed teams with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Bitbucket, and Jenkins;</li> <li>Knowledge of secure coding principles, functional design systems, and architectural patterns;</li> <li>Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written &amp; spoken).</li> </ul> <br/> <br/> ⭐ <b>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US</b><br/> <br/> <b>Stable professional career</b><br/> Working with Axians projects becomes an asset to those of us who want to offer stability through a secure career.<br/>  <br/> <br/> <b>Prospects for career advancement</b><br/> You can access training and new certifications that will further elevate your skills.
