In this role, you will <strong>prepare and coordinate medication orders for delivery</strong> to both clinics and patients’ homes, including <strong>temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals requiring specialized packaging and handling</strong>.</p> <p>You will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate deliveries by <strong>collaborating with pharmacy staff, clinical liaisons, and shipping carriers</strong>. This position offers the opportunity to grow within pharmacy operations, with the potential to <strong>participate in a Pharmacy Technician Training Program</strong> upon endorsement from the Pharmacy Manager.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Verify prescription accuracy</strong> by ensuring RX orders match medications listed on delivery tickets</li> <li><strong>Process prescription transactions</strong> through POS systems and collect appropriate payment methods</li> <li><strong>Prepare and package medications</strong> using compliant, temperature-controlled, and protective shipping materials</li> <li><strong>Enter shipment details</strong> into systems such as <em>UPS WorldShip</em> and <em>Dynamex</em> with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li><strong>Track and monitor shipments</strong> to ensure successful and timely delivery</li> <li><strong>Investigate delivery discrepancies</strong> and proactively communicate resolutions with internal teams</li> <li><strong>Collaborate with staff</strong> to clarify and improve incomplete or inaccurate delivery documentation</li> <li><strong>Organize and stage packages</strong> based on delivery method (carrier, clinic transfer, patient shipment, etc.)</li> <li><strong>Transport clinic-administered medications</strong> to other on-site pharmacies as needed</li> <li>Support additional pharmacy operations duties as assigned</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Core Skills & Technical Expertise</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Strong <strong>interpersonal and communication skills</strong>, including professional phone etiquette</li> <li>Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)</strong> and abilit
