Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Outside Sales Reps in Customer Site visits

• Supporting controls and service agreement estimation

• Shadowing on ALC operation job sites

• Learning how to leverage your STEM background into a technical sales role

• Learning ALC BMS Controls and HVAC industry nuances

• Learning Business Operations

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, HVAC, Building Automation, or Construction Management

• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

• Open to traveling with Service Sales Reps or Account Managers over 50% of the work week for local assignments, including occasional overnight stays

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with a Salesforce.com or similar Customer Resource Management tool (CRM)

• Ability to create and manage projects with minimal supervision

• Self-motivated to complete assigned projects

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
