Work you’ll do
- Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate the functional and Agile aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Requirement Gathering and Solution Design: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and design functional solutions.
- Facilitation and Team Support: Attend/Lead Scrum ceremonies, support the development team, and remove impediments.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
- Progress Tracking and Process Improvement: Track and report on the team’s progress, identify and implement process improvements, and ensure functional solutions meet quality standards.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of Consulting experience or relevant industry experience
- Functional Requirements gathering experience
- Experience conducting research and data analysis
- Professional Management Professional
- Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Preferred:
- Salesforce implementation and/or project experience
- Agile Software Development Methodology experience
- Strong Core Consulting skills such as organization and communication both written and verbal
- Scrum Master Certified
- SDLC Scrum Process knowledge
- Prior exposure supporting Government/Federal Digital Transformation efforts
