Summary: 

The Email Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently, and that data quality is maintained in Hubspot and Salesforce. This position will work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and various stakeholders to help achieve the goals of the marketing department and support the overall growth of the business. 

 

What You Will Do:  

• Oversee the build, testing and deployment of marketing email campaigns in HubSpot and Gainsight
• Support database health - ensure data cleanliness and hygiene in HubSpot, Salesforce and other MarTech tools and platforms
• Work closely with the marketing operations manager to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to streamline marketing operations
• Provide day-to-day support to the marketing department, including troubleshooting issues with campaigns and systems and creating reports

 

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: 

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce required
• Must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail 
• Ability to understand and operate new technology quickly
• Ability to problem solve/troubleshoot operational issues
• Recent, hands-on experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms
• Experience with Salesforce reporting 
• Experience with Gainsight, and Drift are beneficial
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing
