The Senior Finance Systems Manager will provide strategic advice, support, and services to internal business partners and external audiences and providers. Additionally, the Senior Finance Systems Manager develops appropriate and effective policies, procedures and controls pertaining to: financial management, accounting processes and procedures (GAAP), cash management, financial and strategic planning, tax compliance and corporate reporting functions.

What you will do:

• Drive projects and optimization of IT systems/applications, all the time managing user and stakeholder expectations whilst robustly assessing all requests for additional or non-standard developments.

• Lay the roadmap, execute & drive multiple global/regional programs simultaneously, including system enhancements, system implementations, and continuous process improvements. Document clear requirements, prepare functional design documents, monitor project progress, and test solutions prior to release to users for further user testing.

• Partner with various functions in the regions and cross-functional leaders to ensure the successful implementation and on time delivery of the strategic programs. Understand and document their business processes, issues, challenges, and opportunities.

• Lead functional requirements gathering, design, test and implementation, and general support of strategic Oracle EBS projects.

• Research new functionality, troubleshoot problems and escalate into Service Requests as needed.
  Act as a consultant to business counterparts to improve the usage of existing system solutions.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and execution.

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in the implementation and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications, with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets (FA), Cost Management, and Payments

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FA&H)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
