The unit of External Awards and Reconciliation within the Office of the Bursar is seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Accountant - Intermediate Professional.
The responsibilities for the Accountant position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Analyze and process a high volume of external award payments to the applicable student Bursar account.
- Invoice, process, and record semester payments for Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), along with other state rehabilitation grant programs.
- Work closely with the Office of Student Aid to ensure financial aid internal scholarships are disbursed and reconciled.
- Setup, analyze, invoice, and assign Third Party Contracts (TPCs) for organizations paying relevant student educational costs, per the contractual terms of the contract.
