Job Description

• Manage data architecture and business analyst resources to deliver data governance, data design, and prototype development support services for a federal Case Management System (CMS) contract.
• Facilitate task areas and coordinate with contractor Team Leads and SMEs to ensure that program services and deliverables are successful.
• Oversee, support, and consult with federal managers to implement and monitor the contract.
• Facilitate full-lifecycle program and system requirements for data governance and data quality
• Conduct periodic meetings with federal stakeholders to review data quality and data standards deficiencies.
• Coordinate with federal divisions and stage gates to ensure that program requirements, design, development, and deployment adhere to agency and federal SDLC lifecycle standards.
• Ensure requirements changes are coordinated and approved through contract federal Program Managers and Division of Technology governance processes.
• Guide and monitor periodic data quality and readiness performance reports against Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) for data accuracy and propose improvement ideas for the CMS Program.

Qualifications

• 8 - 10 years of  work experience
• Awareness of case management data standards, such as the National Open Court Data Standard (NOCDS) or equivalent
• Experience with enterprise Data Governance principles
• Experience with data architecture principles
• Familiarity with Case Management or workflow solutions
• Experience with data governance strategy, planning, and operationalization
• Experience with market research for data and cloud products and services available in the industry
• Experience with iterative management using techniques such as SCRUM.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
