Sales Support Specialist

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications.  With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.

Mini-Circuits’ sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive web site.

Position Summary:

Job Functions:

• Oversee and ensure timely distribution of all emails received in the Sales Team inbox Review and ensure all requests for new accounts are set up correctly and assigned account numbers.
• Support the sales team with electronic filing of tax-exempt and resale certificates.  
• Support the review of web sales reports for new accounts and take appropriate action. Monitor other channels as directed by the supervisor.
• Support the account setup process across multiple channels, ensuring timely completion.
• Support  Missouri Sales Team with tracking and following up on potential late orders & late orders.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Training Manager (STM) and assist with assigned tasks & special projects.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)software (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
