Now, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, solutions-driven Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team that keeps our financial engine running smoothly.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

💼 Process and reconcile vendor invoices, ensuring every detail checks out—from purchase orders to payment approvals.

📊 Assign account codes, enter approved invoices, and prep payments with total accuracy.

🧾 Maintain open purchase order logs and accounts payable aging reports, researching and resolving discrepancies like a pro.

📬 Communicate with vendors to clarify issues, confirm details, and ensure smooth payment processing.

📂 Manage W-9s and 1099 vendor data, maintain vendor files, and support year-end reporting tasks.

📑 Issue resale tax certificates and identify applicable use tax for monthly sales tax reporting.

📞 Be a team player—occasionally assist with receptionist duties like routing calls and welcoming visitors.

🛠 Support special accounting projects and other tasks as assigned by management.

💰 Pay Range: $17.95/hour – $26.61/hour (based on experience)
