AI Automation Engineer - CEO's Office (Remote)

We’re hiring a hands-on AI Automation Engineer to work directly with our CEO and redefine how work gets done across the company. We're looking for someone who can build systems, eliminate inefficiencies, and use the latest tech to automate the CEO’s workflows and eventually broader company operations. You’ll work closely with a CEO who moves fast and values ownership, autonomy, and leverage.

Responsibilities:

• Build and Maintain Automations
  Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and systems using tools like Zapier, Make, Replit, Airtable, and other no-code/low-code platforms.

• Streamline High-Friction Workflows
  Eliminate repetitive or manual tasks in areas such as schedule management, internal and external communication and more.

• Deploy AI Agents & Tools
  Leverage the latest LLMs, scheduling bots, and AI assistants to handle outreach, draft communications, summarize content, and manage internal knowledge.

• Support Special Projects
  Partner with the CEO on high-impact projects focused on scaling internal processes or launching new systems using automation and AI.

• Test, Iterate, and Optimize
  Continually explore new AI tools and automation platforms — from open-source agents to commercial SaaS — and evaluate what works best for our evolving needs.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an automation engineer or in a technical operations role, preferably from a SaaS background

• Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, Replit, Airtable, and AI tools like GPT, Jasper, or Claude.

• Comfort navigating async, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.

• Ability to think in systems, diagnose bottlenecks, and independently design automations to solve them.

• Bonus: Experience with AI copywriting, automated LinkedIn/email outreach, or setting up internal bots.
