Located in the upscale Eixample District in the heart of Barcelona, Galderma’s Global Capability Center offers numerous possibilities for professional development such as exposure to global and cross-functional projects and access to global career opportunities.</p><p></p><p>Job Title: Global Quality Assurance Operational Excellence Manager </p><p>Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid)</p><p></p><p>Job Description</p><p></p><p>An exciting opportunity to join our growing business as Global Quality Assurance Operational Excellence Manager.</p><p>In this role, you would report to the Global Quality Director. Your responsibilities would involve overseeing quality assurance processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring excellence in quality management.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Leads and manages continuous improvement projects within the Global Quality Operations team to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and improve overall quality.</li><li>Implement and promote Lean Six Sigma and other relevant improvement methodologies, techniques and principles to drive operational excellence and support the development of an improvement focused culture within Global Quality Operations team.</li><li>Develop and implement standard operating procedures across Quality Operations team</li><li>Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity</li><li>Promote knowledge management, best practice sharing and adoption across Quality Operations team.</li><li>Provide input and influence the Lean Six Sigma approach to build a strong culture of data driven decision making.</li><li>Promote the valuation of benefits through favorable KPI movement and the understanding of related financial impacts.</li><li>Build improvement capability, focused on delivering value to our customers in the most productive way, by teaching, coaching, mentoring, and supporting employees and teams to develop their Operational excellence skills and enable them to use improvement techniques on their own</li><li>Knowledge of complex process mapping across complex end to end supply chains.</li><li>Support an active learning environment with the aim of enhancing capabilities and ways of working</li></ul><p></p><p>Skills & Qualifications</p><ul><li>University bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or Engineering</li><li>7 + years of professional experience using improvement methods. E.g. Lean, Six sigma, Agile Shingo etc. </li><li>Lean Six sigma Black Belt / Master black belt certification preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA; EMA and other relevant regulatory requirements.</li><li>Good knowledge of change management methodologies </li><li>Facilitation skills to design and run improvement workshops and training sessions. </li><li>Business partnering, stakeholder management, and hands‐on to get into the details if needed.</li><li>Budget accountability.</li><li>Strong team player with effective communication and People management skills</li><li>Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p>What we offer in return</p><ul><li>You will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & in
