Revenue Operations Intern

The Basics:

Tanium's Revenue Operations team is looking for an eager and engaged intern.

The position can be located anywhere in the continental United States. 

The hourly rate for this internship is $25. This hourly rate is an estimate for what Tanium will pay an intern. The actual rate offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an hourly rate, interns will be eligible for 401k matching and a monthly allowance for communications reimbursement.

What you’ll do: 

• Support day to day corporate RFP/ Security/ Financial/ Vendor Questionnaire Process which involves intake, evaluation of RFP, assignment and coordination of cross-functional stakeholders to complete RFP and build executive presentations for prospects. 
• Drive improvements, design and build templates streamline operational processes (e.g. utilization usability and reporting requirements) 
• Maintain formal cadence with Product Marketing & Security Teams to ensure latest messaging and positioning of Tanium GTM is incorporated in all RFP templates and materials (ex: Cloud, UEX etc) 

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future
• Available to work full-time from June 10, 2024 to August 16, 2024
• A currently enrolled Bachelors degree candidate, ideally with a 3.5+ GPA
• Graduating Spring 2025 or Fall 2024  
• Familiar with project management tooling and augmentation 
• Fluent in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 
• Strong in organization and management skills - ability to prioritize and multitask on various initiatives while upholding quality and product integrity 
• Excellent in verbal and written communication (copy editing and proofing) 
• Proactive, forward thinking, ability to strategize and problem solve 
• Creative and demonstrates innovative thinking with regard to proposal win strategy
