What are we looking for?

We are looking to add an Enabling Technology Program Director (ETPD) to our team. As the ETPD, you will monitor and evaluate all aspects of assigned program operations to ensure the quality of service for all persons supported meets their personal needs and goals per state regulations. The ETPD is responsible for accessing, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of care for people with Intellectual Developmental Disability (IDD)/ Developmental Disabilities (DD) through a combination of face-to-face, remote, or technological best practices and research-based care.

Qualifications

Your overall essential responsibilities will be the following:

    • Assure organizational Tech First SHIFT accreditation, including coordination with State Directors, collaborative completion of State Technology Plans, and oversight of required staff training(s).
    • Evaluate all utilized assistive and supportive technologies for effective care of those we serve and maintain effective communication with all related vendors and partners.
    • Identify new technologies toward better care of those we serve and other strategic partnerships.
    • Supervise the State Enabling Technology Team by ensuring staffing plans and staff provided follow the ISP and the needs of the person supported.
    • Conducting a weekly review of staff documentation and data for daily notes, goals, and other necessary provisions as outlined in the person-centered plan.
    • Analyze goal data and notes to ensure they reflect the progress toward the program plan goal and update quarterly or as needed per the person supported.
