The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Tradition Hospital sees patients with life-threatening illnesses or injuries and complex medical conditions. When providing critical care, nothing is more important than teamwork. As an RN, you will work alongside dedicated CTs, TCCs, RNs, physicians and other caregivers to ensure patients receive the best possible emergency attention and constant monitoring throughout treatment. In this role, you can leave a meaningful impact on patients, their families, and the community every day.

A caregiver in this position works nights from 7:00PM – 7:30AM.  

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

• Provide direct nursing care. 

• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.  

• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.  

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments. 

• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.  

• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
