M&A Analyst (w/m/d)

We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-oriented M&A Analyst to join our global Strategy and M&A team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work on impactful projects and support mergers and acquisitions that transform industry landscapes. 

 

A job that matters: your task

• Support our global M&A team along the whole process from identification to closing of transaction
• Prepare compelling decision making material for transactions, including financial modelling and valuation
• Coordinate the alignment & due diligence with key stakeholders (external advisors, internal departments, decision makers)
• Assist critical strategy initiatives from a corporate development perspective

 

An experience that matters: your skills

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering, potentially Masters/MBA in Finance
• Up to one year of professional experience or meaningful internship experience in M&A at an investment bank, M&A boutique, audit or consulting company or corporate M&A department
• Fluency in English and German
• Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration skills coupled with strong value orientation (e.g. courage, curiosity, trust)
• Flexibility to travel for business purposes (around 20% of the time)
