About the role

HR Generalist - Organizational Development & Training Specialist

Remote

Salary range:  $75,000 - $85,000

Trulite is GROWING! We’re looking for an HR Generalist who thrives on driving projects — especially in organizational development and training — while also providing HR support for corporate and sales teams. This role reports directly to the Director of HR and will have exposure to initiatives that shape leadership, culture, and business alignment across the company.

This is a Remote position.

Who You Are:

You are not the "basic" everyday generalist. You are an HR Professional who is highly driven, confident, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities

  • Self-Starter: Takes initiative, manages projects independently, and stays ahead of deadlines.
  • Driven & Confident: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly.
  • Highly Proficient with Technology: Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS systems, and general tech tools for collaboration and reporting.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Balances multiple priorities without losing focus on quality.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Builds strong relationships across teams and levels while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Organizational Development & Training Projects
    • Coordinate and execute leadership development programs, training rollouts, and OD initiatives.
    • Manage logistics for workshops, meetings, and large-scale company events.
    • Assist in building content, tracking participation, and reporting on outcomes.
    • Support employee engagement strategies and cultural initiatives across corporate and sales functions.
  • HR Support
    • Provide guidance on policies, compliance, and employee relations matters.
    • Oversee onboarding and orientation for corporate and sales employees.
    • Assist with recruiting processes and HR administrative needs as required.
  • Technology & Reporting
    • Use HRIS, Excel, and other software to track metrics, prepare reports, and maintain project documentation.
    • Create presentations, dashboards, and communications to support initiatives.
    • Identify ways to streamline processes and improve data visibility for leadership.

Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within corporate or multi-site operations.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) added bonus.
  • Experience with organizational development or training initiatives is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems (data analysis and reporting).
  • Experience with LMS, HRIS, and other HR-related software tools.
