Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings with clients to understand their financial goals and insurance needs, providing clear and tailored solutions.
• Product Explanation: Effectively explain policy features, coverage options, and premium details, ensuring clients fully understand their options.
• Ongoing Customer Service: Support policyholders with inquiries, assist with policy changes, and guide them through the claims process.
• Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with clients by conducting periodic reviews of their coverage needs and adjusting policies as circumstances change.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented and meet industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for helping individuals and families secure their futures through life insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex insurance concepts and build client rapport.
• Empathy and sensitivity when addressing clients’ unique circumstances and financial needs.
• High attention to detail for accurate completion of client documentation and paperwork.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in computers, internet-based applications, and digital communication tools for remote work.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain regular attendance in a remote work setting.
• A quiet, dedicated home office or work space is required to ensure productivity.
