To pursue our ambitious growth development in the Netherlands, we are currently looking for a Senior Legal Officer in Real Estate team.

 

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Assisting clients in implementation, incorporation and optimising of holding, financing, and real estate companies and building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients
• Evaluating, reviewing and preparing all relevant legal documents and regulations in relation to the client (from a directors point of view)
• Keeping the client company in legal good standing
• Taking part in developing restructuring plans or other transactions in compliance with recommendations of the local regulatory body, including spin – offs, mergers and acquisitions
• Assisting and attending of board meetings and shareholders meetings
• Actively participate in our growth ambitions by marketing our service offering
• Coaching and training junior team members

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

• You have a descent level of Dutch
• You hold a Masters degree in Dutch (corporate) law
• You have at least 3 years of experience and affinity with corporate management services
• You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
• You possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate

 

OUR OFFER:

Salary range for this position: € 48000 - 58000  - 12 month basis, and on top:

• Holliday allowance: 8% paid in May
• Year bonus (13th salary): seniority and performance based.
• Mobility allowance: € 600 monthly (€ 7200 - 12 month basis).
• Premium Pension: fully paid pension plan, no contribution needed.
• Gym Subscription: € 40 monthly or year membership of € 480.
• Travel Expenses: public transport costs fully covered by the company or cost per km compensation.
• Holidays days per annum: 30 and  ,in addition, you will have a 1 day off for your Birthday and a day off for the Good Friday.
• Unique location nearby the Amsterdamse Bos.
