Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain clients' IT systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Manage and prioritize technical projects and initiatives.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and recommend technology solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and configurations.
- Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.
