Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking Registered Nurses with 2+ years of experience in a hospital setting to provide compassionate, high-quality care on our Telemetry (Med/Surg Tele) floor.

Responsibilities:
- Assessment and identification of patient needs and implementation of appropriate interventions considering the needs of patient populations per department scope of service.
- Delegation of nursing care activities and provisions of supervision; establishes and maintains a plan for the delivery of nursing care; assures that nursing care interventions and activities are directed to resolve problems; and performs technical aspects of care competently.
- Has access to medication storage areas as required for job tasks. Follows Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Kentucky
- Minimum 2 years of recent hospital nursing experience required
- Previous Med/Surg or Telemetry experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- ACLS & PALS (or ENPC) within 6 months of hire.
- NIHSS within 3 months of hire.
- BLS Required
