Residency Program Coordinator - Psychiatric Program

Program Coordinator has overall management responsibility of the Residency Program. This position requires in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of graduate medical education and accreditation requirements. The Coordinator assists the Program Director by ensuring that regulatory and accreditation standards are met, educational activities that support the curriculum are established, residency policies are created and enforced, and recruitment strategies are implemented so that a highly successful residency program is maintained.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field. Or Previous experience in graduate medical education may be substituted for the degree. 
• Upon hire: Training Administrators of Graduate Education (TAGME) certification required when available
• 3 years Administrative assistant experience.
• Previous experience in Graduate Medical Education.
• Extensive PC and software experience to include Windows, Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook), Adobe Photoshop Elements and Internet navigation.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
