C6ISR Senior Director

Responsibilities

Peraton is looking to hire a C6ISR Sr. Director in Northern Virginia area.  This will be a hybrid role working both on and offsite.

 

What you'll do:

 

Responsible for solutioning and management of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance(ISR) solutions and portfolio growth in the ISR Domain.  Serve as subject matter expert on ISR issues for all C6ISR pursuits and customer engagement.  Informs investment and R&D choices to position Peraton to meet customer needs and demands.  Actively participates in capture and solutioning activities to enable C6ISR wins. 

• Integrating solutions from Technology & Engineering, other Sectors, and partners to enable architecting and implementation of winning strategies
• Support the development and execution of comprehensive customer engagement campaigns aligned to targeted business opportunities
• Identifying and developing approaches to mitigate risks associated with business pursuits

Qualifications

What you'll need:

• 18 years of experience, may have management experience
• Clearance:  active TS/SCI  
• 10 years ISR experience
• Education:  MA/MS degree

Target Salary Range

$190,000 - $304,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
