Job SummaryFurniture Mart is seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Stockroom Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support showroom and stockroom operations by receiving shipments, processing orders, and storing/organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience operating warehouse equipment such as hand trucks. 
Responsibilities 

• Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion
• Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for customer pick up
• Ensure orders are accurate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Inspect incoming shipments for any damages, defects, or errors 
• Load and unload as needed
• Assemble furniture
• Assist on sales floor as needed
• Stockroom and showroom maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is preferred
• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
• Ability to use warehouse equipment and hand trucks
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to assemble furniture

Compensation: $28,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
