You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.</span></span><span><span> </span></p> <p><span><strong>The Opportunity</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional who loves to be able to tell a story using a range of data analytics tool, linking insights to the business strategy. </span></li> <li><span>This is an important role requiring both technical knowledge and business awareness, providing stimulation opportunities for motivated professionals to contribute to the strategic direction to the firm’s vision &amp; strategy</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Ability to work with complex information spread across multiple stakeholders</span></li> <li><span>Design and implement onboarding dashboards that present data in a meaningful and actionable framework</span></li> <li><span>Interpret employee data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data</span></li> <li><span>Work on scheduled and adhoc HR onboarding metrics dashboard and report requirements</span></li> <li><span>Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion</span></li> <li><span>Improve operational efficiencies by identifying opportunities for automation and developing templates</span></li> <li><span>Be able to manage compliance and audit related activities</span></li> <li><span>Project management/coordination</span></li> <li><span>Support to recruiting activity 50% of their time: end to end process. </span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong><br/>Skills and attributes for success</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent  </span></li> <li><span>4 years of hands-on experience working on the onboarding end to end process</span></li> <li><span>Hands on experience to perform and produce analytics </span></li> <li><span>Experience in - Power BI </span></li> <li><span>Experience in managing projects and deployments </span></li> <li><span>Hands on experience to perform Compliance/audit activities</span></li> <li><span>Interrogate and interpret data, spot errors or anomalies</span></li> <li><span>Strong belief in utilizing data to make evidence-based business decisions and a commitment to accuracy and quality</span></li> <li><span>Experience managing internship programs</span></li> <li><span>Experience with Campus activity</span></li> </ul> <p><span>Ideally, you’ll also</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Project management skills</span></li> <li><span>Client management skills</span></li> <li><span>Solutioning skills</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge on Success factors HR system is an advantage</span></li> <li><span>Understanding and experience of working under Agile methodology</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span>What we look for</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Working collaboratively in a team environment </span></li> <li><span>A self-starter, curious and creative person with desire and passion, to learn, upskill as in when we upgrade</span></li> <li><span>Open to working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and thrive in a constantly evolving environment</span></li> </ul> <p><span>In EY GDS Spain, we’re committed to fostering a vibrant environment where every team member can thrive.
