RESPONSIBILITIES of our Facilities Manager

- Delegates maintenance tasks to outside companies when repairs go beyond internal abilities

- Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.

- Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs when needed.

- Set up, implement, and conduct safety meetings and procedures.

- Remove and replace filters on HVAC units

- Monitors the Emptying of scrap iron containers and trash

- Inspect airline hoses for leaks

- Clean and organize tool room

- Inspects eye wash station

- Inspect and repair painted safety lines

- Maintain facility plumbing, ventilation, HVAC, lighting, and grounds.

- Preform troubleshooting, repair, or replacement of all locks, cabinets, desks, and storage facilities.

- Maintaining day to day operations of facilities and completing maintenance orders at all assigned locations.

- Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions

- Reporting to GMs on budgeting for facility needs.
