Responsibilities:
- Perform physical examinations and health assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient vital signs
- Assist with medical procedures, including IV insertion and phlebotomy
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols

Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of Florida
- Experience working in a behavioral care PHP/IOP facility is preferred
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and performing medical procedures
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and electronic health record systems like Athenahealth
- Ability to ventilate patients when necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move patients when required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
• One or more years’ nursing experience within clinical area of service provided by facility preferred.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Current RN license as required by state.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Job Types: Full-Time

Salary: $34.46 - $41.50 per hour
