Role:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Lead Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team.

The role is fully remote with some flexibility offered in regards to working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the front-end development team and collaborate with back-end developers
• Develop user interfaces and experiences using either Flutter or Vue.js
• Learn new frameworks and expand your skillset as needed
• Contribute to the overall systems architecture to better work with the back-end team
• Participate in the company culture and contribute to the Aries community

Requirements

• Solid experience in either Flutter or Vue.js
• Willingness to learn new frameworks and expand your skillset
• Proven experience in leading a development team
• Ability to sustain a responsible work/life balance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of or experience with automated and manual front-end testing
• Desire to grow with the company and seize new leadership opportunities
• Enthusiasm towards company culture and community

Benefits

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position ranges between $80,000 - $120,000 USD, depending on the candidate's experience and ability to fill the leadership role. Skilled developers who fit the other criteria but are not yet ready to lead a team

will be offered an intermediate position and training toward senior position readiness.
