Responsibilities
Drive complex projects independently, define the product roadmap and set success metrics that inform the success of report feature, and partner across the organisation to develop action plans.
Focus on building effective and scalable report moderation systems and processes to provide users with a safe experience.
Work closely with issue experts, and policy team, as well as cross-functional partners, to establish a workflow to critically analyse, prioritise, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 years of experience in each of the following:
Performing market assessments of business opportunities to support product strategy decisions;
Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome;
Building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data to support the monitoring and evaluation of product performance using SQL and analyzing reports on Google Analytics;
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineers, data analysts and quality assurance analysts, to drive product implementation; and
Designing and executing multi-stage Go-To-Market and product testing strategies, including A/B testing to validate product-market fit.

Travel Requirement: Requires international travel up to 10%.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $246400 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
