• Lead with a customer-first approach, continuously seeking to understand and exceed customer expectations through innovative technology solutions in partnership with business stakeholders, user experience, and product management 
• Develop and execute a cohesive technology strategy for the iOS mobile apps which supports our business ambitions and our technology priorities 
• Deliver sustained results that not only fulfill current standards but also position Nordstrom for long-term prosperity, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance team ethos

Requirements     

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.   
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing technical teams, including managing managers, using agile methodologies. 
• Deep understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android nice to have), technologies, and development frameworks.   

• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing mobile applications and technology projects.   
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding sizeable cross-functional teams, instilling values of respect, inclusion, and community.   
• Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening, empathetic leadership, and the ability to forge trust across various levels of the organization.   
• Business acumen with a zeal for innovation, embracing change, and delivering transformative solutions that exceed customer expectations.   
• A commitment to operational excellence, with a focus on delivering robust, stable, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions.
