SECURITY OFFICER - VEHICLE PATROL

Overview

Gateway Group One Security Officers are responsible for meeting the day-to-day needs of customers and clients. Respond courteously and respectfully to resolve issues, while following policies and procedures set forth by the client and Gateway Group One. Individuals must be able to react professionally in stressful situations. Document situations as they occur and reach out to the appropriate person as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform Mobile patrol around perimeter of facility.
• Conduct passenger transportation from Train/Buss Terminals.
• Conduct site tours to Train/Bus terminals.

Qualifications

• A valid Driver's License in good standing (no moving violations, suspensions, or accidents in the last 3 to 5 years).
• Superior customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proper radio etiquette.
• Basic computer skills.
• A valid SORA license.
• Must be flexible to work different shifts during week, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as a team with individuals in a variety of situations.
• Mobile Patrol Security experience a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED.
