About the role

At Databricks, we have built the most capable platform for data teams to leverage AI and analytics to put their organization's data to use. The impact you will have:

  • Articulate the vision and define the roadmap to democratize data in the Lakehouse
  • Define product requirements and work closely with your engineering and design counterparts to bring products to life.
  • Work closely with our customers and field engineering counterparts to develop a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Lead the charge to make Databricks simpler and more accessible to non-technical persona

What we look for:

  • An accomplished product leader with prior experience launching and growing an enterprise SaaS product
  • Strong understanding of the business intelligence market and related technologies (e.g. data warehousing, dimensional data modeling, SQL).
  • 7+ years of experience leading technically complex enterprise products.
