Stage - Visual Image Assistant

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Visual Image Intern for 6 months from September 2024 to February 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8)

Within Pernod Ricard Headquarter team, the Culture and Creative Center of Expertise is looking for a Visual Image Assistant. Attached to the Head of Visual Design, you will work with all the markets (China, France, US, UK, Japan, Australia…) and contribute to PR’s worldwide image production on key brand projects. The Visual Image Assistant Intern will participate to images production processes (photo and video) for Brands as well as guidelines development.

Your key missions:

• You will facilitate day to day activities on image production for the brands
• You will follow-up on project management: photoshootings, videoshootings, digital tools production, visual guidelines declinaisons for markets…
• You will ensure the coordination of shootings: pre-production and post-production
• You will follow-up with agencies/creatives on creative projects: synthesize feedback, formulate debriefs, monitor retouching rounds
• You will follow-up international markets and marketing teams visual design requests
• You will follow-up of legal documents with creative external partners
• You will archive assets on internal network
• You will share assets with internal and external partners

• You have a background in art/image, marketing or communication.
• You have an appetite for premium contents (photo/video).
• You are organized with an eye for detail and know what a qualitative execution is.
• Ability to multi-task, you are organized, rigorous and proactive.
• Previous experience in advertising/digital/production agency or art buying, is a plus.
• Fluent in both French and English.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
