The Job: As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you’ll be part of our Jackson, TN team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to:
- Prepare productivity reports, update spreadsheets, and email reports daily
- Process WEC and administrative paperwork and support/understand, including backup support, reports generated by Senior Administrative Assistant and make necessary modifications.
- Scan the Inquiry Report to T&O Manager monthly.
- Match signed BOLs with relevant paperwork, file documents, and record all Evergreen and Gerdau scrap information in designated spreadsheets, creating BOLs as needed.
- Understand and help organize BIG SKY (refurbishment vendor) loads:
- Support the administrative assistant to process shipments through JDA, print BOLs, and communicate all relevant details with The Stanley Team and the Carrier Team, ensuring any issues or delays are promptly reported.
- This high priority task requires diligent follow-up and communication.
- Ensure Battery loads are ready, enter details on website, and prepare necessary paperwork based on emailed documentation.
- Order office supplies for the WEC and sort mail for distribution.
- Match scrap checks to corresponding paperwork, update spreadsheets, and prepare deposit slips for mailing to corporate.
- Field email inquiries regarding customer credits, conduct research to determine if additional credits are due, and process debit/credit adjustments when necessary.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook is expected.
- 1 to 2 Years of experience with and understanding of RLOG, SAP, Tera Term, and JDA, or similar systems/software required.
- 1 to 2 Years of experience with and understanding of Call2Recycle’s site (Greentrax - The Battery Network) and Gerdau’s site , or similar systems/software required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the distribution center for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.

The salary range for this position is $49,200-$79,235
- This is the lowest to highest annual fulltime salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
