Senior Digital Marketing Designer

Onsite Work Only: Franklin, TN - Flex Hours Options Available            Relocation Assistance Available  We are looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to join our Ramsey Education business unit to provide life-changing education to high school students across the United States. What Winning Looks Like:             

• Collaboratively lead visual design and provide strategic input for marketing initiatives. 
• Utilize critical thinking to ensure that copy, graphics, layout, and other variables align with project goals.
• Ability to mentor and support other designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Functioning within our Kanban framework and utilizing JIRA as a tool. 

Skills Needed to Win:       

• 7+ years design experience for marketing or related fields.
• 2+ years in an in-house or agency environment.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, etc)
• Experience working with Figma is a plus. 
• Current or previous experience designing for a Content Management System (we use Magnolia) is a plus
• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.

$62,000 - $91,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits          *Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
