The Role

The Sr Lead Program Architect requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities. This leader will drive strategic security initiatives and risk management functions. Location

This is a work from home position anywhere within the US. 

The Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Deputy CSO and senior leadership to develop and implement the strategic vision for Product & Platform Security.
  • Oversee and manage key security projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across different teams, timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Deputy CSO and other departments including IT, Product, and various business units ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements across Product & Platform Security.
  • Develop and manage performance metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of security operations.
  • Ensure seamless coordination.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g.,CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Eight plus years of leadership in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans within a global organization.
  • Experience leading security and/or risk management functions.
  • Bachelor of Science, Engineering or Security preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and cultures in a global setting.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

 

Location Based Pay Ranges

 

$129,639 - $216,064 in these states: AL  AR  AZ  FL  GA  IA  ID  IN  KS  KY  LA  ME  MO  MS  MT  ND  NE  NM  OH  OK  PA  SC  SD  TN  UT  VT  WI  WV  WY  
$136,121 - $226,868 in these states: CO  HI ��MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI  
$142,603 - $237,671 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA
