This role will partner with the VP, Talent Management to build an integrated talent strategy at DH. This will include defining the core capabilities and experiences, building a high performing bench of talent and developing and executing core programs to support the strategy.

What you'll do:

• Leads the design and development of a capability success model that drives high performance
• Partners with the business and HRBPs to implement this model and integrate into the performance management and talent review process
• Responsible for adapting our current leadership programs to bring the new success model to life
• Executes and facilitates all leadership development training
• Measures and tracks the effectiveness of all training
• Responsible for building the tools and programs to support high potential development
• Administers talent management programs and systems in Betterworks
• Collects and analyzes data to inform talent planning
• Prepares and trains HRBPs to facilitate performance and talent planning sessions
• Partners with leaders and HRBPs to develop high potential talent
• Builds out critical role and development process
• Leads the succession planning process
• Responsible for building and executing the change management plan for any acquisitions in partnership with the transformation office

What you'll need:

• 7+ years' experience in leadership development, talent management and/or organizational development
• Experience leading talent management processes
• Experience developing leadership programs
• Strong facilitation experience
• Excellent project management skills
• Effective building of relationships
• Strategic thinking
