Job Description:
81Eighty is looking to hire a marketing manager to join our team. This role is responsible for strategic oversite and day-to-day management of our client marketing experiences. Also responsible for collaborating across departments to drive internal strategy. Will lead marketing campaigns and strategies from concept to execution to help increase revenue and drive traffic to our ecommerce platforms while creating brand loyalty and awareness.
Job Responsibilities:

Lead and support a collaborative marketing team, providing clear direction and guidance across internal departments and shared service teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
•
Bring client brands to life through fun, innovative, and cohesive marketing strategies that stay true to brand identity across all channels.
•
Develop and manage detailed timelines and workflows for seasonal campaign launches, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and aligned with client goals.
•
Plan, lead, and coordinate lifestyle photoshoots for seasonal campaigns—including location scouting, permitting, shot list creation, and overall shoot execution (10% travel required).
•
Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive traffic and boost revenue across eCommerce platforms.
•
Provide creative direction for imagery and copy across key customer touchpoints including email, homepage, social media, and seasonal site refreshes.
•
Support copywriting efforts as needed, ensuring all messaging is clear, engaging, and on-brand.
•
Conduct in-depth seasonal trend research to inform campaign development and lead the creation of forward-thinking marketing strategies.

Build and maintain robust client marketing calendars, ensuring visibility into all key milestones and promotional activity.
•
Present campaign concepts, marketing calendars, and performance insights to clients, incorporating feedback and securing approvals.
•
Analyze post-launch performance data and KPIs to deliver insightful campaign recaps and identify opportunities for optimization.
Requirements:
•
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
•
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong background in campaign planning and execution.
•
Proven ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and campaign performance
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging across channels.
•
Solid understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce strategy, and content marketing best practices.
•
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and overlapping priorities.
•
Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and pivot as priorities shift.
•
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients; strong relationship-building skills.
•
Comfortable presenting marketing strategies, timelines, and performance results to clients and internal stakeholders.
•
Willingness to travel seasonally (approx. 10%) for photoshoots and permitting coordination
•
Experience leading photoshoot planning, execution, and creative asset development is a plus!
•
Familiarity with GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong advantage.
