Year End Bonus

As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• three or more years’ project management experience
• two or more years’ experience creating and managing SharePoint sites
• knowledge of project management techniques
• intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
• advanced skills with Microsoft Word
• meticulous attention to detail
• ability to work extended hours and weekends, as business needs require

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• three or more years’ experience project management in a public relations or marketing agency or for a large organization
• one or more years’ experience using Office 365 technologies
• knowledge of teaching techniques for training purposes
• knowledge of department and company organizational structure, including roles and responsibilities of key associates
• knowledge of Microsoft PowerApp
• PMP certification
